Return & Warranty Information

NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. Please contact customer service for a RMA #, click here.

Return Policy & Procedure

• There are no restocking fees on returned merchandise. 
• All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.
• Freight charges of returned merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.
• We will cover return and exchange freight charges for exchanges if the wrong merchandise was ordered as a result of an error in our cross reference tables.

1. Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, registration card, software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
2. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please contact Customer Service.
3. Your RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment.
4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.
5. Subsequent to an approval authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of a check may take up to 30 days.

Manufacturers Product Warranty

Portable Power Systems, Inc. products are warranted against defects and workmanship beginning from the date of shipment. The warranty period and replacement cost, if any, for any defective product is according to the table below. The customer is responsible for return shipment of the defective product. Upon receipt of the defective product, Portable Power Systems, Inc. will ship the replacement battery via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Under the warranty period our obligation will be limited to repair or replacement of the product. Such repair or replacement will be made only after our examination determines that said product is defective in material and/or workmanship.

Product warranty  is void if the product has been repaired or altered in any way as to affect its use and operation as determined by Portable Power Systems, Inc. The warranty is also void if the product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
