Return for Warranty Replacement

Our products are covered by a one year manufacturer warranty covering defects in workmanship and material.  Portable Power voltage tests each battery that leaves our warehouse to ensure adequate charge and catch defective product before it ships.  Manufacturing defects are rare and will typically show within the first month of usage.  Please see our Warranty Policy for more information.

Contact Tech Support

Our tech support staff can help provide you with some simple, at-home troubleshooting steps that can identify the cause of an equipment failure before sending the battery back. In many cases, failure is due to faulty equipment and not a manufacturing defect.

5

Product is Tested

All warranty claims are voltage tested upon arrival and thoroughly tested using an analyzer to measure the capacity.  Any 12V battery measuring less than 10V (or 6V measuring less than 5V) is considered abused due to lack of charge and is not considered a warranty issue.

6

Product is Replaced

Once product has been determined to have suffered a manufacturing defect, a replacement of that product will be shipped to you.  We are not able to provide a refund for warranty claims.

Can you send me a return label?

To help save on shipping costs, we can supply a pre-paid return shipping label using our discounts.  The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any credit issued for the return.  We will only issue a pre-paid return label after tech support has been contacted for initial troubleshooting.

If a credit cannot be issued, an invoice will be sent for the return freight charges.
